Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of wang and wang (2022) artificial intelligence questionnaire. The psychometric properties are the set of attributes and measures that represent the quality of a psychological measurement tool.
Methodology: This research is descriptive-applied. The population of the study consisted of all students of Tabriz Farhangian university in the year 1405 -1404, of 6023 student (2517female and 3506 male students). A sample of 370 students was selected through random cluster sampling. the data were collected by wang and wang 's artificial intelligence anxiety questionnaire (2023) and the technological modernism questionnaire (1989). to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used for the purpose of the study including confirmatory factor analysis, content validity ratio, Pearson correlation coefficient and Cronbach 's alpha coefficient, using SPSS23 and AMOS23 Softwares.
Findlings: The results showed that the questionnaire was appropriate for content validity, divergent validity, construct validity, discriminant validity of components and internal consistency index. internal consistency and reliability of the questionnaire (gender) were estimated at high level.
Conclusions: According to the results, it can be said that the validity and reliability of wang and wang 's artificial intelligence questionnaire is appropriate and the Persian translation of the questionnaire is applicable among Iranian students.
Value: Decision-makers and different users require appropriate tools to examine the effects and consequences of artificial intelligence to make a proper action in this regard.
