Data collected using a semi-structured interview method. The research sources are the faculty members of Arak University, and the sampling done using the snowball method and a total of 13 people interviewed. The Mental Modeler tool used for modeling.
Findings: After drawing the model, it determined that "intelligent assistants and chatbots", with rating of (2.2), have the greatest impact on achieving KM goals.
