Abstract
Purpose:The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of digital skills in the relationship between artificial intelligence literacy and the quality of educational services at Farhangian University.
Methodlogy: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method, and is based on structural equation modeling. The population included all full-time faculty members and lecturers of Farhangian University of East Azerbaijan Province, totaling 500 individuals. According to the rules of structural equation modeling, the sample size was estimated at 240 people and was selected through stratified random sampling. Data collection tools included questionnaires on artificial intelligence literacy by Ma and Chen (2024), digital skills by Rodríguez, van Oosten & Igartu (2018), and the quality of educational services by Aboubakr & Bayoumy (2022) and Alayoubi, Al Shobaki & Abu-Naser (2020). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS26 and AMOS software.
Findlings: The results indicate that the conceptual model has a good fit. The coefficient of determination for AI literacy (0.49), digital skills (0.83), and educational service quality (0.67) suggests a strong effect of these variables. Additionally, hypothesis testing showed that the relationships between AI literacy, digital skills, and service quality are statistically significant
Conclusion:The results showed that improving the AI literacy and digital skills of faculty members will improve the quality of educational services at Farhangian University.
Value: This study is an innovation in the field of AI literacy and digital skills at Farhangian University and can help reduce study gaps and guide educational policymakers.
