Abstract

The current research is based on objective, applied and descriptive using scientific analysis. The statistical population of the research is a collection of Scopus and Web of Science citation database articles from 1995 to February 2024. In this research, using R software, the output of two databases were combined and the initial analysis was done in the bibliographic space. But due to the lack of output in some parts of the software, Voice Viewer has been used. Also, in cases where there was a difference between the outputs of two reference databases, the analysis reference has been specified.Out of a total of 101 articles, 345 authors in this field are more than 80% of the published articles related to the years 2020 and after. 33% of all articles are related to 5 journals. Human resource management and organizational performance sustainability researchers did not focus on a topic of interest or research group. Only the National University of Science and Technology of Pakistan by publishing 3 documents with 39 citations along with the University of Brezia in Italy with 13 documents (but without citations) have moved towards organizational research in this field. Eight countries have been active in terms of the number of published articles, the number of citations and the power of communication of these articles, and other countries have been almost inactive in this field. Coincidence analysis has introduced 715 keywords of five clusters, including business, social responsibilities, human resources, environment and resources.
