چکیده

هدف:طراحی مدل مفهومی برای خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال درسازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران(ساکما)با تمرکز ویژه بر افزایش کارایی و بهبوددسترسی کاربران به منابع اطلاعاتی.
روش‌:پژوهش از یک رویکرد ترکیبی بهره برده است. درابتدا، با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و مراحل(ساندلوسکی و باروسو،2007) طی هفت گام اجرا شد وبامرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های پیشین، مؤلفه‌های کلیدی خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال پس از جستجو و بازیابی 5116 مقاله و چندین بار بررسی و غربال‌بندی، تعداد 37 مقاله بر اساس مؤلفه‌های پژوهش انتخاب شدند.شناسایی شدند؛ درمرحله دوم، برای اعتبارسنجی مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها، بررسی روابط بین مؤلفه‌ها و ترسیم مدل مفهومی، از روش پیمایشی تحلیلی و معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شد.نمونه آماری شامل 105 نفر از خبرگان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی و کاربران کتابخانه ملی ایران بود.
یافته‌ها:7 مقوله اصلی و 34 شاخص را برای خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال مشخص نمود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل با روش (PLS)نشان داد که تمامی مؤلفه‌های شناسایی‌شده مورد تأیید قرار گرفته و مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مناسب و روابط معنادار و قوی بین متغیرهای آن برخوردار است.
نتایج:مدل نهایی پژوهش، یک چارچوب جامع برای ارائه خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتالی مؤثر و شخصی‌سازی‌شده در کتابخانه ملی ایران ارائه می‌دهد.این مدل با تأکید بر مؤلفه‌های پرونده پژوهشی کاربران، منابع اطلاعاتی دیجیتال و دیجیتال‌شده، مجموعه‌سازی، استانداردسازی، ابزارهای اطلاع‌رسانی و ارزیابی مستمر، می‌تواند به طور قابل توجهی به بهبود دسترسی کاربران به اطلاعات و افزایش سطح رضایت آن‌ها کمک نماید. مدل پیشنهادی به عنوان یک ابزار مدیریتی کارآمد در جهت ارتقای خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال در(ساکما)قابل استفاده است.

Purpose: This research aimed to design a comprehensive conceptual model for digital information dissemination services within the National Library and Archives of Iran (NLAI (, with a specific focus on enhancing the efficiency and improving user access to information resources.
Methodology: A mixed-methods approach was employed in this study. In the first phase, a meta-synthesis method, coupled with a systematic review of prior research, was utilized to identify the key components of digital information dissemination services. In the second phase, to validate the proposed model and examine the relationships between its components, a survey-analytical method and the Partial Least Squares technique were applied. The statistical sample comprised 105 experts in information science and knowledge studies, as well as users of the NLAI.
Findings: The meta-synthesis yielded seven main categories and thirty-four indicators for digital information dissemination services. The results of the PLS analysis indicated that all identified components were validated, and the proposed model demonstrated a good fit with significant and strong relationships between its variables.
Conclusion: The final model of this research provides a comprehensive framework for delivering effective and personalized digital information dissemination services within NLAI. By emphasizing components such as user research profiles, digital and digitized information resources, efficient collection development, service standardization, diverse information dissemination tools, and continuous evaluation, this model can significantly contribute to improving user access to information and increasing their satisfaction levels. The proposed model serves as an efficient management tool for enhancing digital information dissemination services within the NLAI.
