چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش طراحی یک مدل مفهومی جامع برای خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال در سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران، با تمرکز بر افزایش کارایی و بهبود دسترسی کاربران به منابع اطلاعاتی است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از رویکرد ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی بهره برد. در مرحله کیفی، با روش فراترکیب، مفاهیم و مؤلفه‌های کلیدی خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال به‌صورت نظام‌مند از متون علمی استخراج شد. مدل اولیه از طریق روش دلفی با مشارکت خبرگان حوزه علم اطلاعات اعتبارسنجی گردید. در مرحله کمی، پژوهش پیمایشی تحلیلی برای تعمیم یافته‌ها و بررسی روابط میان مؤلفه‌ها به کار رفت و داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) تحلیل شدند. نمونه آماری شامل ۱۰۵ نفر از خبرگان و کاربران سازمان اسناد و کتابخانه ملی ایران بود.
یافته‌ها: فراترکیب ۷ مقوله اصلی و ۳۴ شاخص را شناسایی کرد. تحلیل PLS نشان داد تمامی مؤلفه‌ها از اعتبار و پایایی لازم برخوردار بوده و مدل دارای برازش مناسب و روابط معنادار میان متغیرها است.
نتایج: مدل نهایی چارچوبی جامع برای ارائه خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال مؤثر و شخصی‌سازی‌شده فراهم می‌کند. تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌هایی مانند پرونده پژوهشی کاربران، منابع دیجیتال و دیجیتال شده، مجموعه‌سازی، استانداردسازی، ابزارهای اطلاع‌رسانی و ارزیابی مستمر می‌تواند دسترسی و رضایت کاربران را بهبود بخشد و به‌عنوان ابزاری مدیریتی کارآمد برای ارتقای خدمات دیجیتال استفاده شود.
اصالت و ارزش: پژوهش با ترکیب روش فراترکیب و تحلیل PLS مؤلفه‌های اصلی خدمات اشاعه اطلاعات دیجیتال را شناسایی و اعتبارسنجی کرده و چارچوبی کاربردی و قابل بومی‌سازی شدن برای استفاده در سایر کتابخانه‌ها را ارائه می­دهد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This study aimed to design a comprehensive conceptual model for digital information dissemination services at the NLAI, focusing on improving service efficiency and enhancing users’ access to digital information resources.
Methodology: A mixed-methods approach was employed. In the first phase, a meta-synthesis method, combined with a systematic review of previous research, was used to identify the main components of digital information dissemination services. In the second phase, a survey-based analytical method was applied to validate the proposed model using Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. The sample comprised 105 experts in knowledge and information science, as well as users of the NLAI.
Findings: The meta-synthesis identified seven main categories and 34 indicators for digital information dissemination services. The PLS analysis confirmed the validity of all identified components, and the model demonstrated a good fit, indicating significant and robust relationships among the variables.
Conclusion: The proposed model provides a comprehensive framework for delivering effective and personalized digital information dissemination services at the NLAI. By emphasizing components such as user research profiles, digital and digitized resources, efficient collection development, service standardization, diverse dissemination tools, and continuous evaluation, the model can significantly improve user access and satisfaction while also supporting effective managerial decision-making.
Value: The innovation of this research lies in integrating meta-synthesis with PLS analysis to identify and validate the main components of digital information dissemination services. The proposed model, which is adaptable to other libraries and information institutions, provides a transformative and practical framework that supports the advancement of digital information dissemination services.
