چکیده

زمینه و هدف: حجم عظیم‌داده‌ها و اطلاعات در حال گردش در شبکه‌های اجتماعی در کنار محبوبیت و گستردگی استفاده از آنها، این شبکه‌ها را در معرض خطرات امنیتی متعددی قرار می‌دهد. بنابراین امروزه امنیت و حریم خصوصی کاربران به یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در شبکه های اجتماعی تبدیل شده است. عوامل زیادی بر روی امنیت و حریم خصوصی کاربران در شبکه‌های اجتماعی اثرگذارند که این پژوهش از آن میان، به بررسی نقش عوامل مهندسی اجتماعی در رفتارهای مرتبط با امنیت و حریم خصوصی کاربران در شبکه‌های اجتماعی پرداخته است.
روش‌پژوهش: روش این پژوهش کاربردی، توصیفی (از نوع پیمایشی) بود. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته و در نمونه‌ای به حجم 375 نفر از جامعه دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری دانشگاه بیرجند و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقاتی نسبتی انجام شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه با تأیید متخصصان موضوعی و اساتید حاصل و برای آزمون پایایی از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (876/0) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین میزان انجام رفتارهای مربوط به عوامل مهندسی اجتماعی اقتدار و تنهایی در حد مطلوب اما میانگین متغیر سلبریتی به طور معناداری بیشتر از حد مطلوب و میانگین متغیرهای عادی‌انگاری و وقایع موردتوجه به طور معناداری کمتر از حد مطلوب بود. همچنین میانگین میزان انجام رفتارهای مربوط به روش‌های مهندسی اجتماعی فیشینگ و جعل و سرقت هویت به طور معناداری بیشتر از حد مطلوب بود. اما میانگین متغیرهای لینک طعمه، ارائه وب‌سایت‌های تقلبی و کلاهبرداری‌های عاشقانه آنلاین در حد مطلوب بود.

چکیده [English]

The huge volume of data and information circulating in social networks, along with their popularity and widespread use, exposes these networks to numerous security risks. Therefore, nowadays the security and privacy of users has become one of the most important issues in social networks. Many factors affect the security and privacy of users in social networks, among which this research examines the role of individual factors in the behaviors related to the security and privacy of users in social networks.
Methodology: This descriptive survey used a Researcher-made questionnaire on a sample of students of University of Birjand (375 participants). For questionnaire’s validity, the experts’ opinions was used, and Cronbach's alpha was used for questionnaire’s reliability (0.876).
Findings: The average amount of performing behaviors related to the social engineering factors of authority and loneliness was within the optimal level, but the average of the celebrity variable was significantly higher than the optimal level, and the average of the variables of normality and noteworthy events was significantly less than the optimal level. Also, the average rate of performing behaviors related to social engineering methods of phishing, forgery and identity theft was significantly more than the desired level. But the average variables of bait link, offering fake websites and online romance scams were at the optimal level .In addition, the study of demographic variables showed that women received higher scores than men in all the studied variables.
