Purpose: This study aims to explore the role of knowledge inertia in shaping the connection between organizational learning capability and organizational innovation.
Methodology: The research employed an analytical survey approach, with a sample size of 223 out of 350 employees from Amirul-Mominin Ahvaz Hospital selected using Cochran's formula. Data was gathered through a questionnaire with established validity based on previous studies (18 questions by Yavas & Celik (2020) for organizational learning capability (α = 0.853), 27 questions by Calik, Calisir & Cetinguc (2017) for organizational innovation (α=0.879), and 14 questions by Liao, Fei & Liu (2008) for knowledge inertia (α=0.826)). Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 24 and Amos software.
Findings: Results indicated that organizational learning capability (mean = 3.27), organizational innovation (mean = 3.23), and knowledge inertia (mean = 2.20). The study confirmed a significant impact of organizational learning capability on organizational innovation (β=0.85, t-value=12.814), with knowledge inertia playing a negative moderating role in this relationship (β=-0.207, t-value=-2.168).
Conclusion: While organizational learning capability positively influences organizational innovation, the presence of knowledge inertia acts as a barrier, inhibiting the full utilization of knowledge assets.
Value: Understanding and addressing knowledge inertia can enhance organizational innovation efforts, unlocking the potential for value creation through effective knowledge utilization.

Purpose: The primary Purpose of this study is to explore the motivating factors behind students' utilization of the Iranian search engine "Parsijoo."
Methodology: Employing a qualitative approach, this research utilized the phenomenological method. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with a sample of 16 eighth-grade female students from public schools in Tabriz city, selected using purposeful snowball sampling until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was conducted using Glaser and Straus's coding method to ensure validity and reliability through frequent review and matching.
Findings: The study revealed that students are drawn to using the "Parsijoo" search engine due to its ability to retrieve various types of documents, excellent performance in service delivery, and alignment with national culture.
Conclusion: Students identified the extensive results provided by "Parsijoo," particularly in academic matters, as a key advantage. They also appreciated the engine's capability to efficiently retrieve all file types and present relevant outcomes. Furthermore, students highlighted the unique features and services offered by "Parsijoo" as contributing positively to their user experience.
Value: Promoting education and awareness is crucial in encouraging students to engage with native search engines. To foster lasting usage among this demographic, ongoing evaluations must be conducted on these platforms based on practical experiences, case studies, and user feedback. Conducting qualitative studies like the one presented here can offer valuable insights for enhancing the effectiveness and quality of native search engines.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance among public librarians in Ilam province.
Methodology: The methodology applied for this research was descriptive and correlational in nature, with data collected through survey methods. Utilizing the organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire developed by Podsakoff et al. (1990) and the job performance questionnaire by Paterson (1970), the study focused on the librarians in Ilam province in 2023. With three predictor variables considered, a confidence level of 0.95, test power of 0.90, and G*Power software indicating a minimum required sample size of 99 individuals, a total of 103 participants were included in the analysis after accounting for an additional 5% sample volume.
Findings: The findings revealed significant relationships between altruism and civil virtue among librarians, as well as associations between respect for librarians and their job performance. However, no significant correlations were found between conscientiousness or chivalry and job performance.
Conclusion: In democratic systems, increasing attention is being placed on citizen participation. Active engagement from organizational members as good citizens is crucial for fostering positive behaviors within an organization. Recognizing organizational citizens as valuable resources, their behavior plays a key role in overall success. This study highlights the positive link between organizational citizenship behavior and librarian performance in Ilam province.
Value: This study adds to the existing literature by examining the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on librarian job performance and underscores the importance of this relationship in enhancing professional performance. The results can offer valuable insights for cultural officials, public library managers, and policymakers seeking to motivate library staff effectively.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore the articles included in the Altmetric index of Iranian medical journals that are listed in the PubMed database within scientific social networks.
Methodology: This applied research utilized a survey methodology and a scientometric approach based on altmetric indicators. The statistical population for this study comprised all medical articles from 2018 available in the PubMed medical database. Data collection was facilitated through the use of the bookmarklet tool, which is accessible for free on the Altmetrics Institute website.
Findings: The results revealed that 23% of the articles mentioned at least once on social networks received an altmetric score. The average citation count for articles with an altmetric score was 2.91. The altmetric average for all articles was 0.6 compared to the average citation count of 1.6, indicating that articles received roughly a single citation for every altmetric score. Among social networks, Twitter was the most popular with 1036 articles (21%), followed closely by Mendeley with 935 articles (19%).
Conclusion: The coverage of altmetrics for articles in Iranian medical journals listed in the PubMed database was found to be satisfactory. The study also highlighted a significant and positive correlation between the number of citations received and the altmetric score, suggesting that articles with higher citation counts were also more frequently discussed on social networks.
Value: This article provides insights into the altmetrics of medical science articles indexed in a reputable medical database, with the measured indicators relevant for use in various scientific social networks.
