This model seeks to improve access to information, enhance user collaboration, and promote knowledge sharing to elevate reference services.<br /><strong>Methodology:</strong> This applied research employs a descriptive survey design. The research sample consists of 13 library directors and 42 reference librarians from central libraries of the selected universities. Two researcher-developed questionnaires were used to gather the perspectives of managers and librarians on the implementation of collaborative reference services. Content validity was verified by nine experts in knowledge and information science, while Cronbach's alpha was used to assess reliability. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, Excel, and Visio software.<br /><strong>Findings:</strong> The key elements for establishing collaborative reference services include users, user interfaces, electronic resources, librarians, telecommunications infrastructure, software and hardware facilities, and budget. Participants emphasized the importance of providing digital reference services within libraries and fostering collaboration among central libraries. However, significant barriers to implementation were identified, including inadequate telecommunications infrastructure, limited hardware facilities, and insufficient financial support from relevant authorities.<br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The study proposes a conceptual and practical model aimed at meeting the needs of the academic community and facilitating the circulation of knowledge. The model focuses on the principles of knowledge-based collaboration, aiming to create an integrated and participatory platform for accessing information and knowledge. Within this framework, students and faculty actively engage with information specialists in a digital space to exchange knowledge and enhance research efforts.<br /><strong>Value:</strong>This study offers a practical model for implementing collaborative digital reference services in Iran’s top university libraries. It provides valuable insights for library managers, policymakers, and researchers, highlighting key elements and barriers to implementation. The findings contribute to the existing literature and offer actionable strategies to improve information access, enhance collaboration, and facilitate knowledge sharing in academic libraries. <strong>هدف</strong>: ارائه الگویی برای خدمات مرجع دیجیتالی مشارکتی در بین کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های سطح یک ایران با هدف بهبود دسترسی به اطلاعات، تسهیل همکاری بین کاربران، تبادل دانش و افزایش کیفیت خدمات مرجع.<br /><strong>روش‌شناسی</strong>: پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 13 نفر مدیر و 42 نفر از کتابداران مرجع کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های موردمطالعه بود. از دو پرسش­نامه محقق‌ساخته برای سنجش نظرات مدیران و کتابداران برای راه‌اندازی خدمات مرجع مشارکتی استفاده شد. به‌منظور بررسی روایی محتوایی پرسش­نامه، نظرات 9 متخصص رشته علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی و برای سنجش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از نرم‌افزار SPSS، اکسل و ویزیو استفاده شد.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: عناصر اصلی راه‎اندازی خدمات مرجع مشارکتی شامل کاربر، محیط رابط کاربری، منابع الکترونیکی، کتابداران، زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی، امکانات نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری و بودجه بود. مدیران و کتابداران، ضرورت ارائه خدمات مرجع مشارکتی میان کتابخانه‌های مرکزی را مهم عنوان کردند. نبود زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی مناسب و امکانات سخت‌افزاری و عدم‌حمایت مالی مسئولان ذی‌ربط از مهم‌ترین موانع برای راه‌اندازی چنین خدمتی عنوان شد.<br /><strong>نتایج</strong>: در پژوهش حاضر برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه دانشگاهی و تسهیل گردش دانش، الگوی مفهومی و کاربردی ارائه شد. الگوی پیشنهادی، با تکیه‌بر اصول همکاری مبتنی بر دانش، به دنبال ایجاد یک بستر یکپارچه و مشارکتی برای دسترسی به اطلاعات و دانش است. در سایه چنین خدماتی، دانشجویان و اساتید در ارتباط با متخصصان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی، به‌صورت پویا و مشارکتی، در فضایی دیجیتال به تبادل دانش می‌پردازند. https://jkrs.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_18979_4c1b016b4a93fde7a748cf70575e228c.pdf
